The human body produces reactive oxygen species and free radicals during breathing, digestion, exercise and even sleep. They also appear as a result of emotional stress, UV radiation or smog (air pollution). Excess particles of this type can cause damage to cell structures, proteins and nucleic acids [1].

In order to balance the action of these molecules, it is worth taking care of the presence of substances that act as antioxidants in the diet. Vitamins B2, C, E as well as zinc, copper, manganese and selenium help protect cells against oxidative stress. All of these ingredients are found in a Solgar product.

Our holistic approach to supplementation makes the formula include amino acids (L-cysteine, taurine, L-glutathione). To further enrich the product, spirulina and extracts of ginkgo biloba, milk thistle and gingerbread were added.

Directions for use: Adults take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

Do not consume other dietary supplements containing manganese.
