Inulin - 65 mg
CFU (Colony Forming Unit) - a colony forming unit

Ingredients: Saccharomyces boulardii DBVPG 6763 yeast, pullulan (capsule shell), inulin (chicory root).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Consume 1 capsule once a day with a meal.
