Solgar PL Calcium, Magnesium, Boron 100 tabs

It contains calcium and magnesium in the form of organic compounds: citrates and gluconates, and inorganic compounds - calcium carbonate and magnesium oxide. The presence of boron supplements the ingredients of the preparation.

Gluten-free product.
It does not contain: sugar, starch, wheat, dairy products, soy, yeast, artificial substances extending the shelf life, sweeteners, flavors.
Low salt content.

Portion recommended for consumption during the day: adults three (3) tablets a day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.

Do not take any other supplements that contain calcium, magnesium, or boron.

The recommended daily dose (3 tablets) contains:

Calcium (calcium carbonate, calcium gluconate, calcium citrate) - 1000 mg (125% *)

Magnesium (magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate, magnesium gluconate) - 400 mg (107% *)

Boron (boric acid) - 3 mg
