Ingredients: Amino acid blend (L-lysine HCl, L-leucine, L-threonine, L-valine, L-phenylalanine, L-isoleucine, L-methionine, L-histidine, L-tryptophan), acids (malic acid, citric acid ), aromas2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11, aroma1, beetroot juice concentrate1,3,5,6,7,8,9,10,11, anti-caking agent (E551), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K, steviol glycosides from stevia), dye(s) (E160a1,2,3,4,6, E1635,10, E13211, *E1042). *May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Recommended use: Mix ~1 scoop of powder (6.2 g) with 250-350 ml of water. Consume 1-2 servings a day, one between meals, the other before going to bed. On training days, consume one serving before, during or after training.
