The Solgar Skin, Nails & Hair product contains components that the body uses to build up collagen and keratin, the fundamental ingredients of hair, skin and nails.

According to scientific knowledge, the formula developed in the Solgar laboratories contains copper (in the form of easily digestible diglycinate), which positively affects the health of hair and skin, organic zinc salt (citrate) ensuring good absorption and nourishes the skin and nails. Natural vitamin C is in turn important for beautiful and elastic skin.

The organic form of MSM sulfur contained in the preparation is obtained from pine. MSM is the basis for the construction of collagen and keratin. The source of silicon in the preparation are oceanic algae, which are the best known source of silicon.

Special glass contains a sufficient amount of the preparation to supplement it for 30 to 60 days. Naturally high absorption of all ingredients and their appropriate level provides a surprisingly fast effect on the condition and appearance of hair, skin and nails.
