Guggulu is a popular traditional herb for pain management, Guggulu has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties, which help relieve pain and inflammation associated with anal fissures and inflammatory anorectal conditions. Cassia fistula is known to have analgesic and laxative properties. Aragvadha eases bowel evacuation and soothes inflammation. Daruharidra is traditionally used in treating wounds and infections, Daruharidra has anti-inflammatory, wound-healing, and antimicrobial properties, which help heal wounds and assist post-surgery recovery.

Directions for Use

Initiallym, 2 tablets twice daily, followed by 1 tablet twice daily, or as directed.

Indications:

- Post-hemorrhoidectomy wound management
- Fissure-in-ano
- Proctitis

Adverse Effects:
No adverse effects have been reported.

Contraindications:
Pilex forte tablet is not recommended during pregnancy. However, Pilex forte ointment can be used during pregnancy.

Special Precautions:
During the breastfeeding period, Pilex forte is to be taken only under medical supervision.
