SKULL LABS® CREATINE. Diet supplement. Powder for the preparation of a drink supplementing the diet with creatine and beta-glucan, recommended for adults performing high-intensity physical exercise. Creatine increases physical performance in the case of successive short, very intense physical exercises and the beneficial effect is observed with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Ingredients: Creatine monohydrate, beta-glucan (from barley).

Recommended use: Mix ~1 scoop of powder (4.5 g) with 250 ml of water. Drink ½ portion before training and ½ immediately after training.
