Ingredients: Citrulline malate, beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AKG), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), caffeine, rice starch, beetroot juice concentrate4, aroma, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), color [E160a1 ,2,3,5].

How to use: Mix ~1/2 scoop (2.8 g) with 100 ml of water. Consume 3 servings a day.
