Taking niacin in doses above 20 mg per day may cause skin flushing in sensitive individuals.

Long-term intake of vitamin B6 in doses above 10 mg may cause mild tingling and numbness.

Recommended portion for consumption during the day necessary to obtain the beneficial effects of the product: 1 capsule once a day during a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
